Shaping Our Future Raises Over $16,500 to Support Young People

After our mainstage productions, Studio 180 Theatre spends most of our programming budget on our education program, which has grown each year since its inception in 2009. Over the past three months, Studio 180’s supporters responded to our appeal to support our arts education efforts!

Thanks to our generous supporters, our Shaping Our Future campaign raised $16,525.

thank you

Over the course of the campaign, we received a total of 132 donations, including donations from 34 new donors, 4 returning donors and contributions from 3 private foundations.
The funds raised by the campaign will be used to support our activities with young people, including workshops, matinee performances and readings of works-in-progress. Our education program Studio 180 IN CLASS, which began a decade ago with just five students, now serves more than 600 students from across the Greater Toronto Area annually.
